Launch of AR Scheme on Second Floor (Retail + Restaurant Area)

JC World has launched the AR scheme for 2nd floor w.e.f (22.05.15), and shall be based on the following Terms & Conditions:

1. AR scheme shall be applicable only for 2nd floor Retail Space at JC World Mall on revised BSP of Rs. 16,000 psf with an inaugural discount of Rs. 500 psf.

2.Advanced Rentals shall be offered to the clients till possession only under Down Payment & Partial Down Payment Plans.

3.Offer:

           AR till possession @ 12% per annum on Down Payment Plan (DP) 

           AR till possession @ 11% per annum on Partial Down Payment Plan (PDP)

4.No other special payment plan discount shall be applicable under the AR scheme from company’s side on the payment plan.

5.AR amount shall be calculated on the final login BSP (excluding extra charges).

6.Monthly PDCs till possession should be issued to the clients only after receipt of 95% DP amount / 60% PDP amount.

7.Minimum lease guarantee of Rs. 90 per sq ft per month shall be given to the allottee by JC World for 9 years after possession. In case the actual lease rent would be higher than the minimum lease guarantee amount, then the extra amount above the minimum lease guarantee amount shall be split 50:50 between the allottee and JC World (after deduction of applicable taxes & maintenance charges).

8.A single page form shall be attached separately with the AR scheme application forms.

9.Calculated amount of AR per month shall be mentioned in the PAL (not the AR %). Taxes shall be considered additionally.
